Mi Morena came to the stables as a skittish pony, scared of all humans. She had been beaten by her former owners when she didn’t perform her dressage perfectly, and was soon rescued by the local authorities. She came to the ranch scared and timid, but after much loving care and time, Mi Morena has grown to trust humans once more, and she now is re-learning how to carry a rider and perform dressage. When Poltergeist came to the ranch, needing to be calmed down, Mi Morena instantly fell for him, and he for her. Mi Morena has, ever since, been inseparable from the appaloosa stud, and they two reside happily together in joined stables.
